TGI Fridays

Story

In Manhattan in 1965, there was no place where people could go out to meet friends and make new ones in an environment that was at once both relaxed and yet exciting. Then, Alan Stillman opened Fridays as a way, he said, “to meet Pan Am stewardesses.” Suddenly, there was a place with great food, new and exciting drinks and an electric energy. A place where bartenders mixed the environment just as well as they mixed drinks. In short, a place like nowhere else. Today, Fridays in Mount Laurel, NJ is still America’s most iconic bar and grill. We embrace and celebrate our heritage as a bar. One that just happens to serve killer food in an environment where it’s always Friday.

Had dinner yesterday with my husband and daughter . We received great service from Kevin our server. He was very attentive but not over bearing. He made sure we enjoyed our meals which we did. Friday’s has lost of a little of momento but when you receive good service it makes you want to come back. Great job Kevin and thank you .

Went to dinner on Saturday 4/14 with my dad. We both ordered sirloin steaks. First they looked like hamburgers they were so small. My dish came out covered in what looked like garlic and dried onion. I expressed when I ordered I could not have either of those. The waitress went into the kitchen to see what it was, comes back and says "the cook does not know what is on top of the steak but he is cooking a new one for you, and I will bring you a new plate". Seriously the COOK had NO idea what he put on my steak.... Then in 2 minutes she returns with a new plate, WRONG, it was not new. All they did was put the broccoli in a tiny dish from my original plate (you could tell by the mashed potatoes stuck on bottom of tiny dish) the steak looked just like the first one I got. My dad said it does look like but the waitress said it was a new one. I cut a second piece of the steak to find ONION under it. Are you kidding me. I am allergic to onions and garlic.. I KNOW they just rinsed off the original steak and put it on a new plate. Manager tried to get me to get something else and I am NOT stupid. I will not be going there ever again. She offer dessert but I did not eat a meal let alone want to have dessert. Then she said how would I like a complimentary chips and salsa. HELLO, I JUST SAID I AM ALLERGIC TO ONIONS AND GARLIC, NO I DO NOT WANT CHIPS AND SALSA.

Ordered the Cobb Salad and it tasted very fresh and loaded with chicken, lettuce, kale, blue cheese, tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Nice new menu.

Horrible service. Sat at our table for nearly 20 mins before we got a drink. I ordered pretzels with the beer cheese, the pretzels were burnt and absolutely no salt on the pretzels. My friend ordered mozzarella sticks and boneless wings, no cheese inside the mozzarella sticks as there should be and the boneless wings were horrible. Will never come back. This location is horrible.
