I have a complaint about a contractor working on your grounds. As we were pulling in the driveway to go into our home he has blocked off out access to our house. We go around in front of him to pull into our driveway and he then pulls up and blocks us off more. He then gets out of his vehicle and threatens us by trying to physically fight. Then another man whom I know works for your company says we are in the wrong by trying to pull into our driveway and proceeds to call us ridiculous. We back up and let the contractor out and as he's driving away he flips us off. Not one of the men were professional. Not happy.

So one day OK natural gas (ONG) called me and said I had a gas leak and that my gas would be turned off for the next week, which is aggravating to say the least. Cold showers suck. 

When my appointment came,  I talked to Reuben from B&H and was very helpful and informed me of everything that they were doing. I was worried my backyard would be destroyed with the multiple backhoes being used. When they started removing my deck and bricks from my house, I was even more worried, but after they were finished everything looked great (almost better than before). 
Fortunately, they knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job. 

I hope to never have a gas leak again, but if I do, I would only trust these guys to do it again.
