I love these guys! I bet you don’t hear that one about insurance companies. But as a business owner you look for ways to make your life easier.  Erin helped me to pick the right insurance for my business and her supporting staff helps to continue to support all the many request that I get from my city clients who require specialized notations within the policies.  They also take the time to hop on the phone to discuss points about my insurance and help to educate me about why the insurance policies are structured the way that they are, and how the different laws impact the decision making process of insurance companies. They never make me feel as though I am bothering them at any capacity, even though I feel like I do lol. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a partner in their business insurance needs.

Erin deserves more than 5 stars! She was able to get me the information I needed and the forms I needed for my business within hours vs the days I would have to wait with my other insurance company. I am so happy that I made the switch!! Highly highly highly recommended!!!!!

Called looking for auto insurance quotes and spoke with a rep. They said they would get back to me with quotes but never followed up. Its been over a week. EDIT: B.H. Gold rep Liz reached out shortly after posted review and corrected the miscommunication. Thanks!
