My experience with B&L Plumbing, Inc. from the time I initiated the phone call to the completion of the job was excellent.  Office staff was excellent, communicative and re-assuring.  Chelsea has a calming effect on me when I spoke to her about was occurring in our home.  Tom G & Kevin that came out to our home were courteous, respectful and considerate with the unique dynamics of our home life.  They explained everything in a manner we could understand and kept us updated each step of the way.  This was a referral from another family member and we couldn't be happier with the end result.   We will certainly refer them in the future and are happy with the updates they made in our home!

This company is amazing!!!  Honest, fair and extremely quick service.  Great service at all steps, from the lady who scheduled the appointment to the tech who completed the repairs. 

Had water heater issues, which Tom diagnosed and fixed quickly. Once the repairs were complete, Tom took the extra time to explain to us how our 2 tank system works and showed us how to optimize our hot water production.

This company cares about its customers and it really shows. Thank you for the amazing service and great people!!!  You have created a lifetime customer and a referral resource!!!

I had a drain backup over the weekend and B&L came out and cleaned almost a full bucket of roots. It was cold and they still made several passes until the water flowed freely.  Nick and Kevin were persistent until the job was completed and completed correctly.  They were tidy, respectful and friendly.  I have lived in C/S for 30 yrs. and this is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with.  They are now the ONLY company that I will deal with in the future when it comes to my plumbing needs.

Bravo B&L, the work exceeded all my expectations.

I have this number saved! I called and not even an hour later they were here.Dave came out and replaced a faucet that was beyond stuck on and new stops (one was so bad we had the water shut off in the house)! He was very kind, courteous and clean. The sink and faucet look wonderful! We were expecting it to cost an arm and a leg.... IT DIDN'T. Thank you guys so much for your prompt response! We are very happy customers.

People with integrity and knowledgeable.  They have fair prices and good quality parts. They never do a job half way. Their men are on the ball and get to you right away. No job is too small or too big. This place is amazingly the best in town. Worth every penny!
