We were very impressed with this company. They were able to schedule an appointment in less than a week. The guys that came out were kind and knowledgeable. We had 3 different issues and they knocked them out in no time. What I most appreciated was that they had the parts on the truck with them. Normally when an appliance breaks I have to wait a month for the parts to come in and to reschedule but these guys had everything they needed on the truck. One stop and everything was fixed! I would def recommend this company!

I had a nightmare scenario at a rental house of mine and needed fast help on a sewer line being backed up.  James came out late at night (after dealing with my home warranty service to expedite the call) and went above and beyond the call of duty to do everything he could to get my line cleared.  There were MANY obstacles, not the least of being having an accessible clean out for his machine to do the work on.  After a lot of troubleshooting and manually trying to get things cleared, we decided that what was needed was a clean out installed.  He came out the next morning and installed that so we could get a camera down the line.  At that point we saw the line had collapsed between the house and the city sewer.  James then worked with his crew to let them know the urgency on this and we were able to have the line replaced within 36 hours.  The owner of the company came out and did the line replacement and was able to have it done in just a few hours of work.

As a landlord, this kind of quick response, troubleshooting,  and urgency to resolve the problem is rare to find in any kind of contractor.  B&L has a lifetime customer.  I won't call anyone else.

Wow! It’s a Christmas miracle!! I have lived in my home for 5 years...5 years of slow/no draining bathroom sinks. I have used numerous plumbing companies to no avail. James (and Brian) from B & L Plumbing resolved the problem, once and for all!!! They were thoroughly professional, friendly and most importantly—-they found the clog that no other company found. My sinks have NEVER drained so well! Thank you, James and B & L Plumbing!!!

I had an excellent experience with B&L Plumbing. Unfortunately, I misplaced the plumber's card, so I can't name him personally. I believe his name is Jason. I gave him a punch list that included replacing my garbage disposal and fixing a leaky faucet. I received a call before he arrived, he was on time, friendly, pleasant and respectful of my home. He had to order parts, so the repairs required two visits. He had me verify that everything worked to my liking before he left after the second visit. I am in Olathe and was glad to find out that was within their service area. I would definitely call B&L Plumbing Service again!

This review is actually from Mrs.  I must first say I was going to call my warranty company and tell them never to assign B & L Plumbing to my work order again.  The phone service left a lot to be desired at first, then I spoke with D___ in the office.  She was pleasant and very good customer service.  When John arrived he was very professional, courteous and he made sure he understood what needed attention before he started.  It's because of the service that John provided that I'll recommend others to B&L, and will use them again if I have a plumbing issue.  John definitely provided excellent service!!!
