B.well has been a godsend for me. They focus on body movement strength. Classes are a hybrid of crossfit and yoga with lots of stretching, body weight exercises, and kettlebell work. The staff are all nice and personally aware of each class member's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. In terms of price, it's more expensive than the Y, but you get a much more tailored experience than you'd get at the Y and for me it's worth that additional cost. They provide a free body movement analysis that will allow you to decide if you want to continue on with them. I think you will.
