The food is okay. The problem is not with the food. I feel that this place is constantly understaffed and has a very confusing special/happy hour selection. I don't think their staff is the kindest either. In fact, the service is quite terrible. The only good server here is Brett. No one greets you when you enter the restaurant, so be ready to wait 20 minutes for someone to seat you. No one refills your soft drinks before you ask them to, and also, the servers come take your order 20 minutes after you sit down. Extremely slow service most of the time. It also takes forever to get your food. They really need better organization and training for their staff. It seems like most of the servers are running around like crazy but things are still not getting done. It's a bit sad that this place doesn't always offer pleasing service because I really wanted to like this restaurant. I do come to this place a lot because I live near by, and this situation has occurred over 30 times. In my opinion, this place is completely overrated.

I have recommended this place to so many people. Seattle is not the easiest place to find late night food, and this is exactly what I am looking for. I've had lunch and dinner and was never disappointed, be sure to save room for delicious pastries on your way out!!

Delicious pho... Very fresh ingredients.  After I go here I'm thinking about the next time I can go back.  No reservations and sometimes a long wait.  They are so busy that they are not always consistent in the flavor/presentation of their dishes.  They've messed up takeout orders once or twice, but they made it right.  I'll definitely keep going back as long as they maintain their pho recipe... Yummy.

We tried to book a table for 11 people. They told us it would be half an hour to an hour. We came back in half an hour and they said they had one table ready and were just waiting for the next table. We came back 40 minutes later and they told us they gave up on trying to find a table for us. We were a big party so it's understandable that they can't find a table for us, but tell us this up front, so we don't wait for 70 minutes for no reason.

Was in a hurry and the server was quick to send orders over. Items came quickly and still made our bus in time! Pho broth was very flavourful and the Chinese crullers/donuts were quite tasty.
