We are located on Road 68, turn right on the corner of taco bell and Arby's go straight ahead, you will see our sign between pizza Hut and The liquor Store.

Story

The name Baan Khun Ya has a very special meaning to all us " Grandmas House" we can all remember the times we spent at our grandmothers house, eating her delicious food. It doesn't matter what kind of food it was but is the memory of grandmas home cooking, wonderful warm welcoming service that stands out to all of us. This is what we want to offer you .
