When I asked,  they toasted my veggies on my sub. They also laughed at my jokes so they're cool.

Clean and overall speedy. Occasionally it's very crowded inside but the line most often moves quickly.

Called and placed an order for a dozen cookies and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Showed up 30 mins later and they never made them. Lazy and don't care about the customer

If I could give this place a zero I would.  We started out going to a subway in Kennewick  however, despite having an open sign and the hours the place was closed and we subsequently went here.  The owner was in and she did not greet us. Upon arrival we thought only one person was working the drive thru. We were ignored by the staff the food was okay nothing great.  We will never be back.

Not only did I pay $30 for one foot long and two kids sandwiches both of the staff I came in contact with were unbelievably rude!!!  I will never go back.
