Cashier making a huge deal just because I took 2 balloons (the purple balloons with the babies r us logo that they use for displaying) for my 2 kids so that they could have something to play with while I shopped (I was planning on paying for them). One of them went looking for me just to tell me I couldn't take the balloons so I told her I was gonna pay for them. Once I get to the register I asked the cashier how much for the balloons and she responded by saying they couldn't sell me the balloons. I took the balloons away from my kids so they started crying while the cashier had a face like if she was making fun of me. Isn't babies r us a kid store ? Shouldn't employees be nice with kids? I will never be going back to any Babies r us store!

Showed 4 in stock. Store could not find any and did not care. Taking business to amazing.

I had my baby in NICU for 7 days after he was born. It was hell leaving the hospital without him night after night.  Finally we got to take him home, and the car seat didn't fit into the base!!! We drove to the nearest babies r us, and Claudia came out to the car and told us how to fit the seat in!! She is wonderful, we will always come back to the Chantilly babies r us, even though its out of our way, because she was so awesome!!

Dealing with a crying baby while shopping is not ideal, but thanks to CLAUDIA's help, I was in and out in no time.  She helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me excellent suggestions.  You're the best! I'll always come to the Chantilly  location!

Never have enough people working. Always have to wait for a long time in order to get assistance or to check out.  

Not a place to go if you don't have much time! Also - items seem to be overpriced compared to other stores.
