While she took all of my money, Alicia Thompson was great.  She wasn't pushy, and gave my husband and I our space to look and decide on what we wanted.  She answered any questions we had, and let us know our different options that we could have.  She even almost talked in me to leaving with a dinosaur decoration to take to my mom (inside joke).  We were overall very pleased with our experience at Bob's in Chantilly.  This was our first time in and we will be back for any furnishing needs.  We were also very impressed with their showroom as well.

Great experience at Bob's in Chantilly. I've been a customer of both stores and the quality of service at the Chantilly location was above and beyond. I was looking for a living room set for my parents. Casey was super knowledgeable and helpful with pricing and suggestions. He took his time to make sure we had the information we needed to feel good about the purchase. The process was seamless and the delivery went well. Would recommend!

We purchased a king size bed and bed frame and had a great experience with our salesman John. He knew the products well and the bed is a great fit for us! I also want to point out that the delivery team was excellent as well. They were like the wind delivering the furniture and setting everything up! In and out so fast.

Manager Jose was extremely helpful in assisting us with facilitating a remedy to a problem we had with our sofa. Customer service was able to call Jose and easily confirm what had been discussed with my husband. The communication was great and everyone we spoke to cared about the service we received. Thanks to Jose and the customer service rep who assisted us.

What a super place to shop.  Our kids were entertained in their cafe watching a movie while eating ice cream while we worked with our salesman John on getting a mattress replacement.  We came back to John because he was just great to work with before. This time we also had Mohamed in the office help us. He was such a friendly gentleman and explained to us how the exchange process works. Great service all around.
