Ordered a glider. Was given a 6-8 week timeline for it to arrive at the store. Hadn’t heard anything by week 8, so I started making phone calls. They pushed it off every week, blaming the “distribution center,” insisting there was nothing they could do and it was up to the distributor. Spoke to floor managers, assistant store manager, and the general manager on multiple occasions (they had no contact info for me to get in touch with the distributor). By week 12 and I don’t know how many phone calls, the assistant manager said, “I don’t know where your glider is. We can cancel the order or place the order again.” He was very non chalant about the ordeal even with me explaining we had a five day old baby at home waiting for a comfortable place to nurse. We will NEVER make another purchase as this despicable establishment.

There are a few employers that are gems, but the turnover is so high that every time I return, they are gone. Just got off the phone with the store. I was put on hold for 25 minutes while they searched for my order. I inquired about the last part of our nursery set, and they insisted that they had emailed and called to notify me that it had arrived. I went back through my emails and phone records and found no record of that. Very disappointed. **UPDATE: A few hours later they called me back and resolved the issue. Pleased with the outcome and will pick up the rest of our order soon.

Waited in line for at least 40 minutes. There was 7 people in line and one of the workers was focused on doing a registry rather then helping the customers.. super ridiculous. I will never shop there again. EVER.

i love this store. everyone there is so helpful and sweet, and yes they do not have the best customer service but its not there fault they have to deal with crabby pregnant couples. they try their best

The ladies are good the indian guy he is bad. Said"customers are layers about everything. " when i said i am one of them. Very poor they don't value customers.
