Return policy is a lie.  I tried to exchange my sons winter coat. The zipper had broken. Because it was a gift I did not have the receipt. I was told they could send it to corporate headquarters and relieve a gift card in the mail. In 4-6 weeks. It's November 1 in Minnesota. I can't wait until the middle of December for my son to have a winter coat.

Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. The store is always clean. There is an excellent selection of discounted items as well.

During one of the summer sales I found that the dress I wanted online was out of stock.  So I went to this store and they had plenty of them but NONE of them were on sale!  I asked the clerk why that was, normally retail has sales that are comprehensive from my own experience.  Nope.  So I called LE and complained to them about this and while the CS person was sympathetic, there was nothing she could do.  Not shopping there much anymore, there are too many other options elsewhere.  Perhaps this shop has gone downhill since being bought out by Sears.
