I take back my post of 5 stars. If you have MS go to the Mandel Center in Hartford. They are so knowledgeable as to what's new in the world of MS therapy. I'm feeling so much better. I can handle the heat now since I've been prescribed Amantadine. Plus there's a new transfusion just announced in June called Ocrevus. Had important appointment to help 
with subdural and epidural hematoma on my brain along with many other severe disabilities that needed to be fixed or treated immediately. As soon as babigian found out that he needed to bill workers compensation carrier for services rendered and not my personal anthem blue cross blue shield insurance, he refused to see me and provide any information or help whatsoever. With that being said, unethical and immoral behavior like this, especially coming from a neurologist should not be tolerated and i pray everyday  that he gets what he deserves. Thanks dr. For making my recovery that much harder and longer than necessary. Why even become a dr. When all you care about is yourself and could really care less about those that are in desperate need. I came to you looking for help and guidance but was abruptly turned away just because you weren't going to be compensated the same and or making you do more work because of workers compensation guidelines. This is my first review of anyone. I hope people see this and this gets back to babigian.  Hopefully it hurts him in his wallet. The only thing he seems to care about.
