Babylon Cafe is a hidden gem that promises a delightful journey through the flavors of the Middle East. As I stepped into this vibrant establishment, I was immediately captivated by its inviting ambiance and warm hospitality. From the moment my friend and I were greeted by the hostess, we knew we were in for a treat. Let's start with the food options, which left us thoroughly impressed. The salmon and shrimp plate was a true masterpiece. The selection of fresh, succulent shrimp, perfectly grilled salmon, and basmati rice was a seafood lover's dream come true. Each bite bursting with flavor, leaving us longing for more! The lamb chops, cooked to perfection, were tender, juicy, and infused with aromatic spices that danced on our taste buds. It was an absolute delight to savor such exquisite dishes. To complement our meal, we indulged in Babylon Cafe's specialty cocktails. Crafted with precision and creativity, these libations were a true testament to the mixologist's expertise. The Babylon Rita, a refreshing blend of agave, lime, and premium tequila, transported me to a state of pure bliss. The Pomegranate Martini, with its delicate balance of sweet and tangy notes, was a true crowd-pleaser. It came smoking on a platter! Each sip was an adventure in itself, and I couldn't resist trying a few more from their extensive cocktail menu. During our dining experience, our server, Erika, proved to be a highlight of the evening!! Not only was she incredibly friendly and accommodating, but she also possessed an impressive knowledge of the menu. Erika effortlessly guided us through the vast array of options, providing insightful recommendations and answering all our questions with a genuine enthusiasm. Her infectious personality and entertaining anecdotes added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening, making us feel like valued guests throughout our entire visit. Apart from the culinary delights and exceptional service, Babylon Cafe also offers a hookah experience that is second to none. As we settled into the cozy seating area, we were greeted by a wide selection of enticing flavors. The smoothness of the hookah smoke was a testament to the high-quality and use of coconut coals, which enhanced the overall experience. Whether you're a seasoned hookah enthusiast or a first-timer, Babylon Cafe's hookah lounge is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy a flavorful session. In conclusion, Babylon Cafe is a haven for food enthusiasts seeking an extraordinary dining experience. With its delectable seafood platter, mouthwatering lamb chops, and expertly crafted cocktails, this restaurant truly caters to diverse palates. The exceptional service provided by Erika elevated our visit to new heights, and the hookah with its smooth flavors and relaxing ambiance added an extra layer of charm. Whether you're looking for a memorable meal, entertaining company, or a hookah session, Babylon Cafe is the place to be!
This place is amazing and special shout of to Brittany our server because the food came out fast and the plating look great and Ashley because she was very polite and helpful with giving me advice on parking. Small parking lot but I was impressed how they came to help and valet came to get my car from the parking lot next door so my car won’t get towed. Very relaxing on the inside and it’s a vibe. Food taste amazing and great night out with my friend KIMMY. You can also watch the game on the TV at the bar. Great place for date night as well.
I really enjoyed my time here. Keep in mind if you want to eat, go to the area that has the seats and tables. I was in the “hookah” area and it’s not very proportionate for eating. I Would love to come back and experience it again!Recommended dishes
I saw this place on Instagram and I knew I had to come check it out. It was worth the trip! The drinks were great and they have a happy hour special. Our waitress Erika was lovely. I ordered the red snapper and it was delicious. Come check them out!Food: 5/5
*This is an after-hour spot* They are open until 6 am. I highly recommend going after 12 but be ready to pay though. That is when the DJ starts. My mom and friend wanted to surprise me by going here for my birthday. They made a reservation at 8. It was completely dead. They played only house music the entire time. Now to the food. My mom and I ordered the lamb chops which were small but really good. My friend ordered the Samak Masguf. It was extremely fishy. Do not recommend it. The highlight was the belly dancer. She was so nice and did an amazing job.
I came here between 12-4am and it was a vibe! The drinks was good and the services were good. I suggest taking a L and pay for valet parking. There’s a Waffles House across the street and there’s an apartment complex next to the place; I suggest not parking there to save money or else….Service: 5/5
What a beautiful experience! I love a hookah that taste clean, good food, and great atmosphere and this is the place! My first time coming and definitely will be returning! The FOOD! Lord the food is soooooo good! The manager Saad is soooo welcoming and the service is A1! Savannah was my server and she was always there when needed and before we needed her. Oh and the DJ was killing it all night ! All in all a perfect place for an Atlanta high class but lowkey vibe !
Ashley was a JOY! She was personable, helpful, accommodating and her customer service is top tier! My drink was PERFECT and my food is sooo good! I’ll definitely be back! Thank You Ashley for making my experience enjoyable! xoxo ShraigFood: 5/5
This place was a whole vibe when we went for my friend’s birthday, they had the belly dancer that came and danced for us and with us several times throughout the night. I personally didn’t eat anything because it was after 9pm for our party but I did have some drinks and they were good and you can taste the alcohol. the other people in the party ordered the lamb chops and I didn’t hear any complaints from any of them so they had to be delicious. And some ordered the lemon pepper wings and fries and they said it was good. They serve hookahs there and the DJ that was from the Carolinas was it was definitely a vibe. If you get a hookah, you can’t sit in the main area of the establishment, you either have to sit at an outside table or inside on the outer side of the building, so we weren’t with the main crowd, but it was still a vibe. Vegetarian options: Well more like Pescatarian, they have fishred snapper and salmon, and they have shrimp. They have a salad as well as rice etc
If you want over priced food go here. If you want overpriced drinks go here! After a night at the club we decided to keep the moment going. From the outside this place looks amazing however looks can be deceiving. It’s 3:30 am on a Thursday night when I heard the lady said its $80 for entry I actually chuckled and said to myself this is not Vegas however I was with a group who already had a section so I wasn’t worried about a price . The lady then claims that the group inside already has the maximum amount of people in the section 4 and it will be extra for any additional people cool, it was handled by the men we were with. Upon entry I was hit with a very foul smell, it literally smelled like sewage however once we went up into like this jungle blue area the smell was no more. Once we got to the section the drinks came and they were poured into Flask I guess to prevent people from throwing the bottles idk why but heres the biggest red flag! I could taste the alcohol and tell that this was not the brand actual liquor it’s fake version. I was actually shocked that such an established would try to deceive people . I guess they expect people to be too high to even notice lol but I was pissed although I wasn’t even the one paying. For 10 wings it cost $36 dollars the most I’ve seen for wings since I’ve to ATL . I do think this place needs be properly inspected though I saw some safety concerns such as the fabric on the roof, in case of fire there was no sprinklers or perhaps the sprinklers are blocked by the fabric, also no proper ventilation and not a second exit.
