I saw the mixture of five and one star reviews so I wanted to visit and see what it was like for myself, and I have to say my experience was awesome! The food came out fresh and I had my full order at my table in less than 10 minutes. I think I just had the best onion rings of my entire life. The burger tasted exactly how I wanted it to and the fries were on point. They even went out of their way to accommodate my food allergies. I am a bit of a tea fanatic so I had to try the sweet tea to see how it was. I have to say that their sweet tea had a really nice flavor to it. Just a touch of rosewater- LOVED it! The only restaurant in the area that does this is about a 30 minute drive from Sababa’s and his off of Johnson’s ferry Road. So it’s nice to have a place closer with the tea I like. There is a lot of detail and love that went into this restaurant. All you have to do is look around at the hand-painted murals to the way they greet you so warmly when you enter. The owner came up to my table and even sat down and talked to me for a bit. Very nice guy! I can’t recommend Sababa’s enough. Seriously, eat there! Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my food allergies
If you're in Atlanta and haven't tried the Sababba Burger Joint yet, you're missing out on a culinary gem that redefines the kosher dining experience. This place is not just a restaurant; it's a vibe! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The interior is stylish and modern, with just the right amount of coziness to make you feel at home. The staff? Absolutely delightful! They are friendly, attentive, and make you feel like a valued guest from start to finish. Now, let's talk about the food. Sababba offers a unique twist on the classic burger, with options that cater to both meat lovers and vegans & even has gluten free options! Their kosher burgers are juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their vegan kosher cheese that melts in your mouth. And for those who are dairy-free, the dairy-free ice cream and milkshakes with kosher sprinkles are a must-try. It's a rare find to have such a variety of delicious options that adhere to kosher dietary laws, and Sababba nails it. The fries are a revelation—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. You can taste the freshness in every bite, and it's clear that quality ingredients are a priority here. Overall, Sababba Burger is a standout in the Atlanta dining scene. Whether you're kosher or not, this is a spot that promises a delightful dining experience. The combination of innovative menu options, stellar service, DRAFT BEER and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. Kudos to the team for creating such a fantastic place—I'll definitely be back for more!
I recently visited and left disappointed and overcharged. I paid $75 for two burgers, chili cheese fries, and six wings. Quality definitely didn’t match the price. The burgers were unseasoned, and the gluten-free bun was stale, small, and dry. For a $26 burger, I expected the bacon I paid extra for to be included, and it wasn’t. The toppings were lackluster, with a wilted piece of lettuce, a soggy tomato, stringy translucent onions, and barely sautéed mushrooms. The ONE pickle I got was basically flavorless. The meal quality was so poor that I only managed a few bites before giving up, and it honestly felt like the ingredients had come straight from the trash. The fries were good but the little scoop of chili and cheese placed on top was comical. Wings were ok seemed to be refried and tossed especially with how quickly they came out. What added to the frustration was noticing that employees were served off-menu meals while customers like myself were left with such low-quality food. Guess they used all the cheese on their nachos.
What an amazing addition to the neighborhood. The whole staff is friendly and happy. Service times have steadily improved from a very busy grand opening and they are truly hitting their stride. Proud to be a repeat customer.Food: 5/5
Ordered from here tonight. It said it would take 30 to 45 minutes to be ready so I went out to do other things. It was ready in five minutes so when I went to pick up, my food was cold on top of that I ordered the sweet potato fries which contained a total of 15 french fries for six dollars this is absolutely an utterly ridiculous. See the photo. I also ordered two burgers and they were not properly labeled so I don’t know which one is which. The burgers themselves taste fine but for $40 for two burgers and one order of fries go to hopdoddy where the fries are better and the burgers are better. This was extremely disappointing and this restaurant should be ashamed.
We went as a family and it was absolutely fabulous! Amazing burgers, chili cheese fries, sauerkraut hot dog, wings, crispy fries, everything we tried was amazing!! Also, came so quickly!! The only critique was too many screens and overstimulation, but still worth it for the fabulous food! Dietary restrictions: Amazing kosher food! Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs and cozy booths. Staff were accommodating to change more kid-friendly content on the screens.
We got the smash burger, fried chicken sandwich and the chili fries. Smash burger was delicious, classic hamburger, well sauced, with lots crispy bits. Fried chicken sandwhich was good, only complaint was lack of seasoning, could use some salt and spice. Chili fries were the highlight, surprisingly amazing. Tasted like authentic American chili. Prices are very reasonable.
Great food in a hard to find location. Atmosphere and service was great. Philly Steak I had was a little smaller than expected but the large port of the greatest fries I’ve eaten made up for it. My wife had a kids meal angus burger that was also excellent. Restaurant has a nice small bar and beer on tap.
One of the best burgers I've had in a while.. The fries are cooked perfectly crispy.Food: 5/5
Solid burger. Made fresh. Workers were pleasant. Establishment was clean. Burger is fairly customizable. Sweet potato fries were good but ended up being soggy by the time I got home so I only ate a few. Would recommend though I’ve had better everywhere so probably wouldn’t return to this restaurant.
