First time being here but will certainly not be the last.  The food is made fresh and looked very appealing and tasted great.

They have a nice selection of bagels and spread options. In addition a pretty good selection of sandwiches to choose.

And the cashier did a great job providing some recommendations to me.

There was a born of a wait since they were busy but that was not why I have four instead of five stars.  The reason was listeningg how the manager (possibly owner) was speaking with the young lady who was calling out the orders that were ready. He did not seem to come across as the friendliest especially in front of a customer.

Overall a good experience.

I would give them 5 if they had actually given me my order, but apparently you have to come in at the exact time they give you. There is no "tomorrow", just x o' clock exactly. So thanks to them I'm waking up at 4am to make it by 6 for my mom for Mother's Day! Thanks for not bothering to call and just giving away the food I ordered Mark!!!

Amazing bagels! Seriously they're the best and they're good every time. Reasonably priced too...don't listen to the haters- this place is way better than any of the chains

I visit at least once a week for the friendly staff and the delicious coffee and bagels. Great local spot that won't break the bank if you're in the mood for a quality bagel.

Ordered a southwest panini the other day. It was soggy, wet and seemed like it had been microwaved, not grilled. Cost $8 too, I was not pleased.
