Perry is so awesome when it comes to fixing our laptops.  You can call and ask him a question, he gives great advice.  He even helped install our printer.....when he didn't have to.  Love that he delivered our PC.
He is our fix-it guy!!!!!!!!

Perry Brandenburg has been my 'go to guy' for PC service and IT support for over 20 years :-)
As a small business owner (recently retired) we could always depend on Back Me Up.  Perry saved us a lot of $$ with preventative maintenance, competitive hardware purchases, and prompt, efficient troubleshooting and repairs.  He is extremely talented, very dependable, and unfailingly honest.
Also as a home PC user, the same qualities make Back Me Up indispensable.  Perry built a solid state laptop for my digital photography needs that exceeded the photo schools Best recommendation AND at a considerably lower price than their quoted range.
Don't buy a new printer, laptop, or desktop without consulting Back Me Up!  You will not be disappointed.  :-)

Perry set up an email account for my elderly  parents and never gave them the password to access the account. He neither wrote down the passwords nor wrote down the answers to the security questions.  He responded to their inquires by telling them to live with it.  I instructed my parents to never call this guy again.
