me and my family have been dealing with them for 22 years and never had a problem with them until now. we always dealt with susan and she was wonderful. now I am not happy and will be no longer dealing with them. I had a bed delivered and my mom did down the road and when delivered they never took plastic off box springs and put a twin box spring on my king and delivered a king box spring to my mom for her twin. we called and they never came back so I had to carry a box spring down the road and then other back. due to be don't have a truck. I walk with a cane due to knee injury so very painful and challenging. and then other back. plus our box springs have gashes in them. I took pictures of them while still in plastic and store manager wants to be rude about it. very upsetting.

My furniture was to be delivered yesterday . They get here and the bed is broken. They state that they won’t know when I will get a new one. I asked them where was the other dresser and they didn’t know. So I called badcock and spoke to one of the salesmen who was frustrated with me because I was questioning him. His response to my question about the bed is he won’t know for a few days. And then I question about the dresser. He stated that it’s not going to be delivered until June and that I can come in and pick something else. I wanted the matching bedroom set. No one ever mentioned that the dresser wouldn’t be here until June. He was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. I specially got rid of my daughters furniture in her room because I was told my furniture would be there that day . Very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

They have a great sellection of furniture. Their prices are reasonable and finances are fare. The website doesnt seem every easy to simply see in store inventory.
