For the most part this store is great. If you have a question about something you stand a good chance that someone there can help you. But if you ask the wrong person they don't want to be helpful. But overall this is a good store.

Lowe's has great selections at great prices. They make it happen whatever it is as far as home improvements! Always keep lowes in mind when you have a home improvement need. My family loves lowes and uses them regularly. From lawn n garden, appliances, plumbing, tools and hardware for all your carpentry needs including tile and all other types of flooring, and they even have propane tanks. You name it for home improvements and they have something for you in many different selections.

My family purchased a home and needed new flooring laminate/carpet throughout. We went to Lowe's and selected 2 separate laminates that had samples and we're not listed as discontinued. Turns out both were unavailable. We ordered carpeting for one room and a hallway to be installed by Lowe's contractors. The date of purchase was 2/24 after several visits and phone calls and every excuse you can imagine today 3/12 we finally got a call from a contractor that said they would install 3/28!! That's over a month of excuses to get one living room carpeted! This is unacceptable! We cancelled the order and went to Lakeland Liquidators who had a similar carpet for 200$ cheaper and will install in 2 days! Lowe's your service is junk, your product inferior and your prices are too high on most large jobs. Ridiculous and inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and don't get your flooring at Lowe's

I went to this Lowe's location to purchase a double deadbolt lock set. Sunday morning 8 am. They just finished some kind of store meeting. I grabbed the double lock set and proceeded to check out . Not one single register was open . The cashier I did not get her name but she happens to be the head cashier , opened up the customer service register to ring up the double lock set. I hand her a crisp $100 dollar bill, register opens and she looks at me and says," oh you don't have anything smaller then this?"the change trays are not out yet. I reply,"no maim that is the only form of payment I have. She asked if I can wait a few mins, I politely replied and said no problem I will go outside and have a smoke, in which I did. When i walked inside it was 8:15 am. I get back on line to checkout I can see her behind the register . I am guessing the store manager was the one checking out the elder man on front of me . The cashier shouts oh we still do not have change for a $100 bill can you walk around for a few minutes? It took much patience for me to bite my tongue. First all Lowe's is a national chain that should always have change for a $100 bill . Second of why in the heck are you open if you do not have cashiers at the registers to properly check customers out. Final but point in all of this .. Who the Fawk this bald headed cashier think she was talking when she told a fluffy handsome man like myself to go do laps around the store so she could find change for $100 dollar bill.. I really wanted to tell her to go find some hair implants so she could stop plugging the weave into her bald patches. Anyhow what I am trying to get @ ? The level of professionalism does not meet the standards that a national chain store should have. Respectfully I barely go into any Lowe's location for this exact reason the levels of professionalism do not meet the standards that consumers seek. You can walk into a Home Depot store or a Ace Hardware store and the clerks and management are always professional. The people staff is always out to help the consumers . You walk into a Lowe's and you see the staff huddled in the corner like they are about to say break for the next football play. I got to admit I was pretty pissed off this morning. I wanted to really give this bald weave wearing cashier a piece of my mind.But then I realized why she was so mad to begin with ... I still got my hair baby, maybe I am a bit fluffy but my hair is real and I wear it all well . You ? go get some store training and plug some implants into that head of yours and start treating people with respect. Lowe's should really step their customer service game up. THIS LOCATION SUCKS SUCK SUCKS!

I bought some products online for delivery, total around $4000. I waited for 2 weeks, then I received a call from this store a guy named Danny told me that they didn't have 2 of my items. I told him to send what he had that I was going to call CS to get the rest from a different store. As I was on the phone with a rep. I was informed that my items were cancel by Danny. Now if I still want those items I have to pay full price, I had black Friday discounts on my original order. Lowe's CS I no help, they can't tell me why he cancel my items and I have was on hold to try to place a new order for more than an hour to make it. Really disappointed of them.
