Thorough, friendly, communicative, clear and explicit and detailed, took all time necessary to explain what he did and why.  We'll discuss with the sales department any necessity for replacing one of the compressors.  Further revisit again for routine maintenance: on time, complete, neat, focused on both immediate maintenance check and long-term planning since two of our three units are old.  Trustworthy service.

Joseph was on time and fixed my dryer.  He gave me options if the issue should happen again.  He showed me how to nurse the dryer along as well as explaining the benefits of a replacement part.   I guess the best compliment that I could give, is that I would be happy to see him again if I had any appliance repair issues.

Ben Mohr is one of those technicians you can truly rely on. He detected mold in the unit during a routine maintenance call and we took care of it immediately before it "grew" any worse.  I really appreciated the time he took explaining the air conditioning unit and how it needs to operate at peak performance.

Having been in Real estate property management for over 30 years I personally want to recommend Badger Bob,'s for their service. I called Monday morning for service on a refrigerator that had stopped cooling over the weekend. In a space of less than two hours they responded, came, replaced the defrosting system and left . Work was done efficiently with a pleasant technician who showed and explained what was being done.

Your repairman Ben was excellent.  He arrived on time, answered all  my questions intelligently, and did a thorough job.  In addition,, he showed real courtesy by putting covers on his shoes without being asked. 
When Ben arrived I thought he looked very young and  I worried about his experience.  To my pleasure I found him a knowledgeable and diligent worker.  Thank you!
