I called Ryan's plumbing to repair a leaky kitchen sink after reading these reviews and want to confirm that they are definitely worthy of five stars for the work they did for us. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and got the job done in less than thirty minutes at a more than reasonable price. I was so pleased with their expertise that I have contracted them for more work. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.

I was overall very happy with Ryan's plumbing; they were prompt, friendly and professional in replacing two toilets, especially since they had to come twice due to my having ordered the wrong toilets the first time.  The only glitch was with one of the tanks which they did not properly attach to the bowl.  When I noticed that the tank was loose they told me that was just the way the toilet was made.  After they left I contacted the manufacturer, and was told that it just needed to be screwed down fully until the gasket compressed enough so that the tank rested on the porcelain of the bowl.  I called Ryan's and scheduled them to come back to do that, but then I ended up doing it myself instead of waiting. Now the tank is completely stationary, no wobble.  A very simple fix. A plumber should check with the manufacturer when there's a problem instead of assuming the product is faulty.  This has happened before with other plumbers so I've learned now that it's good to get a second opinion, even when you really like and trust the plumber!
