Under new ownership. 1000% better than before.

Update:  Unfortunately like most local Kosher eateries the place is slipping.  Food not so great and the home fries are inedible.  Used to enjoy the cream cheese with olives until they started adding red peppers --totally ruined it.  Nice people though, I hope they get their act together

This place has fresh delicious bagels and pastries. Brooklyn water filtration system makes the baked good extra yummy!

Very clean. GREAT selection. Always FRESH food. Friendliest and courteous staff.  They just changed the name to Bagel Factory Cafe.

Very nice and food good. New owner came out to meet us. Very friendly. She said this place is healthier now. For baking, uses only almond milk and other healthier ingredients. GOOD LUCK. And see u again.

Slow service, long waits, high prices, 2 of 3 orders came out wrong, and food was not good.  Will not be returning.  There are other restaurants that give you a better value (and experience) for the money you spend.
