I’ve live in MB for almost 10 years and tried this place out with some co-workers of mine. I ordered the pancakes and eggs and added cheese to them and had a side order of sausage. The eggs were good. The pancakes were okay at best the sausage was over cooked and very dry. The service was fine. Wouldn’t pick this as top spot to go for breakfast.

First time having a bagel from Bagel Factory... Blueberry! It was fantastic. And they are so big I was able to make 2 meals out of it! The staff worked fast and were extremely friendly.

Closest thing to NY bagels in the south and they have Egg and Egg everything bagels!! I love it. Breakfast is served until close perfect for waking up late on vacation. Everything Ive gotten from there is delicious. I was reading reviews on how the woman at the counter was rude but she reminded me of NY where everyone’s too busy to be super friendly. Weird but it made me feel at home, so deal with it! The foods worth it.

Service was not good. Cashier was very rude and short. I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes at me and moved to the side so I could see the cooler myself. I ordered a plane bagel with cream cheese. Nothing fancy. 30 min later I finally got it.

REAL BAGELS, not those tiny mass produced things. These are great, hand made NY deli style bagels. Get it with all the usual accompaniments, from nice smoked Nova Scotia salmon with cream cheese and capers to your favorite jam. There's a large selection of bagel flavors like blueberry, cinnamon raisin, salted, everything, cheese, plain and many more!
