Had a great experience!!! First, morning staff are Amazing!!! Very upbeat and phenomenal customer service!!! The tiny brown haired girl at the register recommended the Onion toasted with cream cheese. Delicious to say the very least! The other girl who prepared my food had my bagel in the toaster before I paid! Bagel was lightly toasted (like I asked) just the right amount of cream cheese!! And as I made my coffee I listened and watched how each girl greeted and spoke to the customers. Some people came in still half sleep (like myself) dreading the "same day same stuff routine." But each left smiling or laughing at the bubbly look alikes from behind the counter! Bagel Lovers will now be apart of my every work day!!! (10/3/17)

I am not sure what happened to the staff the was there for the past 3 years(current date 9/19/2017)...... Removed by original poster..... Follow up: Even after my bad experience I did not stop going in for Bagels. The quality of the Bagels are always excellent. My visits over the past few weeks have been exceptional!! There are a couple of dark haired ladies working in the AM now and they are Fantastic!!! Upbeat, happy, and Fast even when the lines are long. I can only hope these two are permanent employees.

I totally agree with the two previous post about the brown haired young ladies!!!! They are efficient and quick! I had made the assumption they were the new manager and assistant manager... seeing as tho they are always moving quickly and helping everyone else out. They seem to be the only people there in the mornings with a sense of ergeney in the shop considering it's a fast food place.. I come everyday at 7:10 so I can get my breakfast and coffee before clocking in at 7:30. There's a red head employee who comes in at that time who is always in regular cloths, half asleep (Everyday) and wondering around messing with the coffee stand! Now I usually Don't say anything but today I told the young lady at the register they need to either make her work or send her home! She then went on to informed me that "SHE" (red head) is the manager. I could hear her say that she's amazing and that's why "they came back" (they must've worked here previously) But I have yet to see her even make a bagel! She literally stands around talking to the employees about her personal life, while they are on the register! I keep coming back because the bagels are to die for and the vegetable cream cheese is out of this world! Maybe a change in management.. or a possible re-training situation Needs to happen.

Loved it, but now they close down the ovens at 230! Poor! And there was a new girl on, working ALONE!! She did well considering she was on the phone with the manager (I assume) asking things like "how do I ring it up is they want saurkraut on their sandwich?" I felt so badly for her. As she was making my sandwich, which was toasted, 2 of the 4 customers left. This place needs new management! I felt so badly for her!!

I don't even know where to begin. Not sure where all of the raving reviews came from. To begin I walk to the register to place my order & there was paperwork scattered, ink pens, a cordless phone & countless other items scattered all over the counter with pastries. That's kind of gross that the pastry counter is being used an office workstation. I place my order, 10-12 mins later it's ready but in the meantime the conversations being had behind the counter were disturbing. The most disturbing was when a woman came in that obviously placed an order a long time before hand & went shopping to come back to no food, or was at least told that at first. The customer complains about it & miraculously the sandwich appears. The woman walks out & a lady with red hair (I'm assuming is the manager because of what filled this) says "did she just roll her eyes at me".....??? Whoa This was said in front of a place full of customers. The same woman then proceeds to complain about another customer that must come in regularly for something because she said how she tells her the same thing every day & "this is what happens when new management takes over". This was just amazing to me that customers would be bashed publicly in front of other potential regular customers. If this were my business I would definitely be looking into replacing this management as well because it was not a good look for the company. The place is nice, somewhat clean, tables need wiped down after customers. The Flatbread was terrible. I got a Tuscan Veggie & all vegetables were under the cheese & just way too much, which makes the pizza soggy. Unable to pick up a slice after I ate the 1st one. I throw 3/4 in the trash & got a bagel. It was ok, but after the whole experience I'd just say there's A DRASTIC NEED FOR TRAINING. ESPECIALLY IN THE "MANAGEMENT" DEPT.
