Story

Bagel Sphere is a locally-owned business that has been proudly boiling and hearth-baking artisan bagels since 1995. How did Bagel Sphere bagels become a Eugene institution? Easy. We source only the finest ingredients, give our dough time to age for flavor development, and then boil and hearth-bake our bagels. True, you can buy a bagel just about anywhere, but not all bagels are created equal. For authentic, artisan bagels, the only place in town is Bagel Sphere!

Truthfully I love bagels so this review may be a bit biased. As a picky eater growing up, bagels are a nostalgic thing for me. I could always get something I liked at the  bagel shop in my hometown. 

Nowadays when I'm broke and want something warm in my tummy before work, this place is my go-to. It's just out of the way enough to avoid the bus station scene, but close enough I can pop in and out and be on my merry way in less than 15 min.

Unpretentious atmosphere with interesting art rotating on the walls, a friendly staff who obviously work their asses off, and seriously delicious bagels.

Skip this location! Terrible Customer Service.  We were ONLY ones there & guy yells out order when he could have walked 5 feet to our table & served us our $9 small bagel sandwhiches. Other worker was wiping tables.  POOR SERVICE.  Really, if you only have one customer, spending over $25, bring them their FOOD. I said something to them, & they defended their lack of service as "policy".. LAME. the Carl's Jr down the street brings food to your table.   Downtown store is much better. I won't return here.

Best bagels in town. Cool northwest atmosphere. Free Wifi. It's downtown, so parking can be tricky. Overall Bagel Sphere is a great place to grab a quick bite.

Man, some rough reviews on here! I have always had a great experience at Bagel Sphere. They have the best variety of bagels and cream cheese in the area, and I've always received excellent service. The coffee is also good. It's a quick, enjoyable breakfast spot; always hits the spot!
