Food was terrible and not worth the hype or price. Burger was super bland, fries equally bland...even McDonald's knows the basics of at least putting salt on their food. The bottom bun was smaller that the top bun so I ran out of bread on the bottom, making the burger harder and messier to eat. Lastly it really bugged me that the portions were so small. Big ass bread buns, so little meat. Small handful of fries. 

I just really had a bad time and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd suggest going to Five Guy's instead. Would've paid half the price for food that fills me up and is seasoned. Worst Birthday outing ever.

Love this place! I always leave way too full because it's so good. Friendly and helpful staff, waiter Zach was awesome when me and my husband came here today.

Children's portions are WAY too small.  Kids got Mac & cheese and it seemed like they reheated Kraft Mac & Chz and served them about 2 tablespoons of it for $4 or $5.  Burgers were SO greasy that the buns turned to wet dough balls -- it was really gross.  Fries were good.  I wanted to like the atmosphere, but was put off by the ultimate fighting that was playing on some TVs, and their refusal to turn it off... I didn't want to see it, let alone my school-age daughter.  Staff was not nice or friendly, and did NOT care that we were upset.

I love their hamburgers.  Meat always tastes great.  Seems they are understaffed; had to wait for hostess to seat us because she was also being a waitress.
