Bathroom is nasty.... But overall my braids are nice and REALLY Tight. And she only took a 10min break to eat. But constantly worked on my hair. And was very nice.

Nice ladies but they don't braid tight enough and your braids slip out and unravel less than three days of getting it done. Didn't bother calling to complain, just a lesson learned not to go back.

I came in they were pleasant and said hi. They asked me how I wanted my hair. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. The prices were also reasonable. It's been years since I've been there, and it's still the great service that I know. She also took her time to make sure my hair was neat at the end.

Terrible time management. I waited an hour to be seen and when I finally got in the chair the braided was taking her time to tease the hair as though she was plucking flowers in the park. Thereafter, she decided she was going to go shopping for free clothes, come back feed her baby and do my hair intermittently. Unfortunately, my time was wasted and very disrespectfully so. I can make reasonable allowances however, I'm paying for a service that should be done in a timely manner. 4 hours was communicated to me and we are now in the 3rd hour and no where near done. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE.
