Have been coming to this salon since Tina ,and her staff have taken over, and my service has been more than excellent. The staff member  are very professional and always attentive.

Showed the lady what I wanted and she said ok. I sat there for an hour waiting. They took some lady who came in 20 mins after me without an appointment before me. Then when I tried to leave basically begged me to wait. Finally when it was my turn attempted to do my design and It turned out horrible. She should have just said they couldn't do it and I wouldn't have waited a damn hour. Then had a nerve to be extremely rude about the whole thing. I ended up leaving with out any polish at all and headed to Love Nails in malvern. Sucks I had to drive 25 minutes from home to get something so simple. I'd never go back and advise no one waste their time there

This place is horrible. The girl isn't good at designs and my nails look like trash. I've never not tipped my nail lady but I was so unsatisfied.

Where do I start??  The person was rushing, changed the prices from original price about 4 times and I never changed what I wanted done, my nails look a mess and are uneven I ask the lady to fix them​ and she just made them look worst, the stuff she put on my nails​ burned my skin. I would NEVER go there again.😡
