Love this place! Great food, nice staff, live music and great island drinks! Definitely recommend this place to have something different than your usual typical restaurant. Everything I have had there has been great but I especially like the stuffed plantain bowl, salmon and the Jamaican jerk chicken! They even have a patio in warm weather to sit outside and enjoy. Highly recommended!

I had an awful experience at Bahama Breeze while out with my family. Arrived at Bahama Breeze at 9:30 p.m .with most of the party. At 9:45 we were seated with everyone there. One of the party questioned about a to go plate and was told by the waitress to wait until to put in the order. We all put in our orders. Granted it was a party of 15, we knew that our food would take some time to be done. We waited patiently. 10 o clock passed, 10:15, 10:30. We didn’t even receive our drinks at this time. Our waitress explained how she was trying to get our food and drinks but her co-workers were not helping her. Some of the party ordered lemonade or fountain drink. It wasn’t until 10:45 did we start to question about our order. We were reassured by our waitress that our food was coming. We did not receive our food until 11:15. At this time we had spoken to the manager, Kelly regarding our concerns about the food. She told us she would be working on it and try to get it out as soon as possible. By the time we started to eat we noticed the music stopped. which signaled to us that the restaurant was closing soon. We questioned the waitress about the to-go plate but she told us the kitchen had just closed and apologized stating she would try to get the to-go plate order in (jerk chicken pasta). She returned with a to-go plate, when we opened the container it was just pasta and a heavy cream. We tasted the pasta and it was an alfredo sauce. We told the waiter that this was not jerk chicken she replied this is what was ordered. We went back and forth with her and showed her a plate of someone at the table who ordered the jerk chicken pasta. It was not the same. Finally we asked for the manager who agreed with us saying that all of the ingredients were not added. While our food came, some of our items were still missing as the night went on. The lights came on and that’s when the rest of our food was presented. Shortly after we received our bill,we started to collect the money and pay. Another manager came up to us and stating that he needed to close the register so we have to hurry up and pay. We told him that we had just received our food so we needed some time to gather everything. We understand you have to close the register but we needed time. The way he said it was rude. We finally paid and tried to explain to the manger Benny our situation. We heard nothing but excuses all night. He told us there was nothing he could do. He’s just a number, he could get fired and it would affect him. He’s bilingual, he can get another job. I have never experienced such dissatisfaction in customer service. We barely got an apology from the staff. I am sorry to say that I will never eat at this restaurant.

Snowy day. Stopped in for a quick drink. Had the pleasure of being served by Alyssa. She did a great job thank you. Spoke to a manager I think his name was Max after he noticed I had a philly jacket on. He wished my team the best this weekend. With great people who take the time to interact with you I’ll definitely be back for this happy hour they told me about

It was a hidden gem even tho it is pretty big. I think the atmosphere was great. The only thing was it was an island type of feel but the music was not urban at all. White guy playing the guitar which was fine. The food was amazing and the drinks are great and reasonably priced. Definitely will come back!

Be swept away to the Bahamas. Inside here you can feel like you're on the islands. The food is excellent. They also have great tropical drinks. I look forward to getting back here. If you haven't been here yet you should try it.
