Probably the absolute worst place to eat. Dishes are not clean. Drinks are way to strong over poured. Had 1 sip of my drink and i told my server I can't drink this and I still had to pay for it. Service was horrible waited 20 minutes for bread and about 25 to 30 minutes for appetizer. Food came super late. Food was bland no taste at all! Wish I didn't have to pay for this meal at all was very unhappy with the results pictures of our dish not clean. So much more bad things to write about this experience but I will be here all night.

Fantastic food.. very nice service and friendly people.. had family dinner here.,asked to make my dish (Jamaican Black pepper sauce chicken) spicy and it was really really good.. loved it

I come here all the time to eat with my husband . I understand the busy business and I always have to wait for food or even a server to come by . I never complain believe me I understand . 
With that being said I came in Saturday night to eat with my husband daughter and her husband and kids . We were a party of 10 which I know isn’t always easy . It was a busy night I might add but Our waitress was janelly and she was awesome ! I’ve had her before I believe but I never got the chance to say how much I appreciate her service . It was my daughters first time there and she took her time and helped her with the menu . Was a nice experience! Thanks again ! I would say however your restrooms need a lot of attention and your silverware is terrible I send them back every time .

Let me start by saying I do not write negative reviews and I am a huge fan of the Cheesecake Factory for more than a decade but this location needs to be completely overhauled. I have been here on numerous occasions and have run the gamut of getting food poisoning, finding hair in my food, dirty plates and dishes but my last visit was beyond words. For whatever reason their bathrooms are always filthy with broken soap dispensers, no toilet paper and horribly filthy stalls. I understand this is in a high traffic location but this last visit every single stall was so filthy you could not use the restroom without stepping in piles of garbage, feces and vomit, and I say this without exaggeration. Ok, that’s definitely not ideal but I couldn’t understand why there was a table silverware knife on the bathroom counter. As I was turning to walk out there was a cleaning crew about to walk into the restroom and they were also holding the same silverware knives as they have on every table for patrons to eat with. Why are they walking into the restroom with food utensils and how do they not accidentally have this knives reenter the kitchen for food use rotation?! How do you know when you sit down to eat you’re not buttering your bread with a knife that was just used to clean the toilets? Seeing the dinnerware utensils being used for cleaning the filthy bathrooms was the last straw for me. While I love the food at cheesecake this location is so filthy it is baffling how they have not been flagged by the health department. I avoid writing negative reviews but this is simply beyond unsanitary.

Great food and drinks. There is usually a wait but worth it. They give you a buzzer so you know when its your turn to sit. Its a nice meal and always finished off with an assortment of cheesecakes. Many great flavors to choose from. There are also other desserts.
