My companion and I hired Bahnman Realty to manage our property for price of them taking 10% of our monthly rent. The Property Manager did nothing to keep the property in shape, that was like when it was first rented  except that she went to the bank, took the charge cut and deposited the rest for the landlord. She never inspected the condition of the house during two years of tenants stay, and when the tenants vacated they left over $2,000. in damages, away more than $300. deposit. The Property Manager was rude, would not answer the phone call. We would not recommend Bahnman Realty to manage even hen house to anyone. They are not professionals.
