The Lolly Burns team is fantastic!  They are very good at what they do and very easy to work with.  As we got ready to sell our house, Lolly and Carly met with us to decide on the price, point out needed repairs, and discuss how to de-clutter and stage the house for showing.  They helped us find people to do the needed repairs, Carly took some amazing photos of the house, Lolly brought some decorations to stage it.  We had it on the market for just over a week before we got our offer.  We recommend the Lolly Burns Team to anyone shopping for real estate in the Harlingen area.

My family and I have relocated 13 times in the last 34 years.  Without a doubt, thanks to Lolly, this was the easiest one yet!  We bought our home site unseen, based on the information we received from Lolly.  She is knowledgeable about the area, the homes that she shows, and continues to assist you long after you close on your new home.  Lolly gave us all the time we needed and promptly returned texts and phone calls.  One thing my husband and I appreciated very much - she sent us homes that met our criteria.  In other words, she listened to what we wanted & needed.  She stayed exactly within the price range we gave her.  I can not thank Lolly enough for making this last move for our family the best one yet.  She literally found us the home of our dreams, and followed through to make everything smooth and perfect.  Thank you so much Lolly.  Your office is also fantastic to work with.  We are very grateful.

Lolly was the most amazing person to get the ball rolling.  She stepped into my home and after her walk through I did what she said.  Here comes Carly with amazing photos of my home.  The sign went up on a Monday and then following week a full price offer! I figured I would be stuck for at least a year with people just looking - the process was so easy and Carly and Lolly kept me informed the entire time.  Buying or selling this company is the way to go!

I was impressed with the overall experience of purchasing a home with Lolly Burns.  I had visited numerous agents around Harlingen, Texas and was treated as if I was less than worthy of buying a house and in some cases treated very badly.  When I first met Lolly she treated my family like royalty.  We were quickly impressed with her knowledge and patience with all our questions.  This is our second home purchase and it was such a smooth process from negotiations to closing.  She went above and beyond to make our purchase a great, great, AWESOME experience. I highly recommend Lolly Burns if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Rio Grande Valley and especially Harlingen, Texas.
