Going to bainbridge dental was as good of an experience as I can ask for from a dentist office. Friendly,courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough at explaining everything in great detail, I also took my daughter there and she was telling me how much better of an experience she had then past dental experience. I can't say enough good things about them!

5 stars, ALL THE WAY!!!... The staff was very friendly and professional! They made me feel like family! They were very knowledgeable in their profession and they showed a true passion for their career! I'm so glad I went there. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a great Dentist, to go there!!!

Worst experience I've had with a business. -Scheduling was an unprofessional headache. Cancelled several times. -My personal information was displayed on unattended computers for any customer to see, even after I pointed it out and asked to be removed. -I requested a retainer. The mold (and therefore the retainer) was done wrong and did not fit. They started the mold process again and botched the mold twice before I walked out and requested a full refund. -Refund was received, minus lab costs that I never benefited from. -I was told my information could not legally be removed from their system, luckily my address/phone number have changed since. Lastly, I see that other negative reviews are being dismissed by this company as false. Know that this is only the parts of my experience I can share publicly. There is more. I had multiple appointments in the late summer of 2015, each of them unsatisfactory. Receiving my refund was a struggle as well, I had to call back multiple times over the course of several weeks. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
