From the moment I walk in the door, customer service is excellent. Dr Hivick and his staff are very caring professionals. They spend the time to explain procedures and give alternative options for dental care. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. EVER!

I was disappointed when our family dentist retired until we discovered Dr. Hivick and his staff. Chagrin Family Dental is friendly, professional, and thorough. I am confident my family is receiving the best and most up-to-date dental care possible.

I have had several experiences with Dr. Hivick's office. We were patients of the previous dentist and unsure of what we would find when the new guy came in. Most pleasantly surprised, my first visit was a regular cleaning and check-up. The hygienist was thorough and efficient (with just the right amount of small talk.) Dr. Hivick used my existing records as opposed to putting me through the cost and exposure of new X-rays. He quickly agreed that my "out of spec" gums would be fine, as they had for the past 20 years, and didn't try to convince me that more work was required. I find this honesty refreshing. His office worked well with my insurance, and demonstrated flexibility with scheduling. I would recommend him highly to anybody who asks.
