I was greeted when I came in. Sat at the bar and my bartender was exceptional from the jump. Great conversation and informative on menu items and pricing. My order was taken in a promptly manner. My food was also delivered in such but as I was eating an employee entered the bar area for their shift without their shoes on.....proceeded to handle their shoes by hand while discussing company policies with another employee. She then put her shoes on without washing hands and proceeded to assist customers while serving and making drinks. I was disgusted DOWNTOWN will remain my home bairs!!!! KELLY WAS AN OUTSTANDING BAR TENDER and minus of what I say the food and MY service was great !

Man, what a great selection of burgers and other wholesome American eats, over 50 burgers to choose from and even a challenge no man could conquer. Quaint beer selection, local crowd, friendly staff, two people, two burgers and 4 beers cost under 40 dollars. Gotta check this place out.

Big Whiskeys will have no problem squashing this location. We had a party of four on a Friday  night. The place was dead our waitress seemed to intentionally stay away. By the time she would come to the table all four of us were in need of a drink. They started cleaning the place at 10 pm. By 10:30 pm our waitress brought us our check. We didn't ask for the check we were not done spending money. We felt like we were being pushed out the door. A guy from behind the bar even asked us to use a different door when we exit because it was wet outside of the other door, that was not true. We were told they close at 12. We will never visit this place again. The very next day we waited over 20 minutes to eat at Big Whiskeys and it was worth it.

Ate here earlier this week and it was amazing! I got the Smokehouse burger with bacon. The waitress was really helpful with finding what I wanted for the lowest price since it wasn't quite on the menu. What she ordered was perfect though. It's a ton of food for a great price. Our drinks stayed full, and we had a great view of the Tv's for watching sports highlights. Its my favorite home town burger place by far. I have eaten at the Bair's in Springfield, but they aren't the same and aren't as good.

This is my go to place every payday for what we call "team building exercises".  My co workers and I visit all the time since we are right across the street.  The variety and quality of the burgers is amazing.  Amazing service.  If you go during the day ask for Kris, at night ask for Holly.  The entire staff is extremely friendly.  Even the cooks will come out and chat with you.
