David was fantastic to work with. As young professionals and first-time home buyers, my wife and I couldn't have been luckier to find David. He's extremely patient and knowledgeable, and helped to us to find the perfect starter home. We couldn't recommend him more!

Dave was the perfect person to work with. He never pressured us to buy and was very knowledgable while we were touring the homes. He made the entire experience enjoyable and as stress free as we could have hoped for.

One of our first interactions with David was probably 1yr before we were ready to purchase our home and the first thing he said to us was that it's not too early to get your feet wet.  David invested his valuable time with us knowing we were months from being ready.  He knows exactly what it takes to find the perfect home for you. He took his time, he was persistent and was very patient with us.  He gave us that and much more, but he also expected that from us.  In return, David promised us that we would end up with our perfect home and he sure delivered. We (my wife) were very particular in what we wanted.  David listened and he never pushed us to make any quick decisions.  In fact he would tell us to take a step back and breath when we wanted to pull the trigger too quickly like on a house that he knew was not right for us.  David also made it a point that even if we walked through a home where we wanted nothing to do with, he would take the time and teach us about the structure or layout so that we had a better idea of what we wanted in our dream home. 

Finding our dream home was half the struggle, because the part that comes after that no one talks about (i.e., dealing with the other parties involved and the paperwork) is why I'm taking the time to write this review. It is imperative that you have someone like David on your side during this process who is professional, attentive, detail oriented and takes the time to guide you through every step of the way. We were very lucky to have found David and our family if forever grateful for his help.  We absolutely adore our new home.

I have contacted so many real estate agencies in the past. But when I contacted Dave to help me buy a house he went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal. He treated my husband and I like family. Would recommend them to everybody.
