We have been working the the Woodbeck team both purchasing and selling a home.  Their team is thorough, professional, and thoughtful.  They have processes in place and team members that helped to calm a nervous home purchaser (me).  They took their time with me, thoroughly explained the in's and out's of the entire process and were there to walk me through each step.  I highly recommend this team for purchasing homes and selling homes.

VERY knowledgeable and friendly team to work with. I had an absolutely great experience from start to finish, working with both Justin and Jessica. I know the Woodbeck team cares about each and every person they work with. I referred them to family members who also used their services both for purchasing and selling homes, every time was a great experience. I will no doubt use their services again when making any housing deals in the future. Don't hesitate and go with the best!!

I would highly recommend the Woodbeck Team.  We worked with Justin to find our house and what we really appreciated was that we never felt like he was "selling" us.  When we walked into a house he was usually the first to begin pointing out potential concerns or issues, as well as the high points.  As first time buyers we learned so much. His team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Have recommended them to two close friends who are now also very happy in their new homes.

Justin and Jessica are experts in their field. They are real estate geniuses.....throw in Chelsea behind the wheel and you've got an unstoppable trio. Jessica not only sold our house in 2 days but, she got us more than what we wanted!!! After Jessica hit a home run, Justin stepped up to bat and got us in our dream home with no drama or stress!! Within 60 days and two closings, this amazing team transformed our life ten-fold. Chelsea is the equivalent of the wizard behind the curtain…any question or concern you have, she addresses and handles in a promptly manner.

This dream team is dialed in. I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy/sell.

I had a great experience with the Woodbeck team...despite the fact that we were buying a house in a market that decidedly favored the sellers.  Justin went over the whole process with us before we signed with the team and explained everything all in detail, which was both helpful and reassuring.  Landon was amazing as a buyer's agent: he responded to questions and showing requests immediately, he was good at helping us see the pros and cons of each property, and above all, he was unshakable, encouraging, and fun.  Chelsea did a great job keeping us updated during every step of the process and sent lots of friendly reminders to keep us on track.  I highly recommend this team!
