Open space, nice scenery with inside terminal and canopy overhead when one can sit and wait for train.

Only my second time in 10 years. 

1. Great service 
(Friendly & knowledgeable staff)

2. Great amenities 
(Except WiFi's not very good)

3. Mostly clean facilities
(For the number of people that must come the trains, buses and stations)

I’ve never really had to deal with the staff at the train station because I always buy my ticket through my phone. But the staff on the train are mainly always rude. It’s rare if there’s no delay !! I never leave or get to my destination on time. They stop and delay for everything. It’s ridiculous

This guy at the desk was super helpful to me...helped me with my suitcases. Helped me get my things put away right. Very nice. Most of the time amtrack people are not so kind,but he made my trip so much less stressful!! Thank You!
