The bus service is great everyone is really nicr but they really need to work on the ladys who answer the phone they are so rude and mean especially some lady named becky if she doesn't like her job then do her a favor and fire her!

Although the Tulare bus services has done a better job at staying on schedule, especially with the new schedule allowing the buses to run a quarter before and after the hour, so students and those who work in Visalia don't miss the 11x, they MUST do better with providing buses that can carry bikes to run the entire day for every single route so people like me can get home as they desire ( by bus instead of bike) especially when it's late at night. Truly hoping that you don't just read my request but grant my request. Thank you

Waited outside of station from 5:45am until bus arrived ...The station never opened and the bus was late..it was supposed to arrive 6:20am ..the station was also supposed to open at 6:15 neither of these occurred.. So guess who had to pee outside ✋👈!!

So I called dial-a-ride and I spoke to a lady by the name of Terry. 1) She's very rude 2) she has really bad phone manners!! A little FYI Terry if you don't like your job find another one. Remember you chose that job! Have a little more respect!!! Last but not least at least sound like your happy.

The worker annamarie is the rudest person ever. I got a sign put up in my face just for asking what time the bus came. Then later I told her the bus driver did a California stop and even saw me running after him. Then straight up told me to my face and told me i was lying😡. The wost put is when she locked the door after I lelt the building
