Have used them for several years for doing my taxes. Have not had any issues.

Briefly worked for a company that employed Balanced Ledgers to do their books. Mistakenly reported income to the irs I never received. Hey, everyone makes mistakes. Turns out my employer chose a different company because of Balanced Ledgers shady, sloppy practices. Instead of helping me correct their mistake, I was given the runaround for 3 months. They said they would've helped me if they still worked for my employer, and they didn't keep those records. Only after 2 PROFESSIONAL accountants told me this company was the only one that could help me, and that they are required to keep any records for several years, did they begin to help (this was after 2 missed deadline by the IRS and interest accumulating). When they did fix it, they still managed to spell my name wrong. Unforgiving indeed!
