We are newbies to RVing drove from Phoenix to Hollywood and stayed 3 nights here. We want to personally thank Steve and his staff for making our stay wonderful super helpful from guiding us into our space to suggesting good places to eat to loaning us an umbrella for the day. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable and can't wait to go back.

I have stayed here twice and I find the location to be well maintained and the owner to be extremely helpful and caring. Last time I saw a sign posted that there would be music in the rec room in the evening. I went by and listened for a bit. It was very nice. The thing that really impressed me though, is that while watching, the owner stopped by with cookies for those of us in attendance, and he was so pleased that people were there enjoying the music. There are multiple murals, mostly with a Hollywood theme and the people seem friendly.

Best RV Park. Staff and people stay here are awesome. Very clean bathroom and laundry room. Many good events. I miss here. I wish I can back to stay there again.

I LOVE this RV park. Stayed for 10 months and cried when I had to leave. I made great friends from all over the world. Best of all, the staff, Jay,  Lisa,  Steve, and so many more looked after me and my cat 24/7. The long term residents are so fantastic, Love you Georgia, Brock, Ana,  Larry, Scott and Kelly. And my newest friends Boya, Victor, and so many others. Bear and I will really miss this place. Clean, friendly, and so accommodating!

I was a little skeptical driving through the LA neighborhoods near Balboa RV Park. I didn't know what to expect. But when I pulled into the RV park, I was amazed at the great use of space. Super clean and organized. Huge cool artwork paintings. Famous people. I wanted to stay longer but I had to go. Really cool place. Highly recommend!
