Stayed for four nights.  Park is well maintained with a homey and comfortable feel, and super friendly staff.  Nice mature trees and quiet (unless you are close to the road)....you would never know you are in a very busy urban area.  Good laundry room, nice pool area and common room with fireplace, tables and chairs, kitchen and pool table.  Everything was neat, tidy, and clean.  Only downfalls were the wifi was not good (we couldn’t even get on for 1 1/2 days, and bathrooms are tired and not well set up (very small shower area with only one or two hooks, no bench or chair to set anything on, wall sinks only and no mirrors).  Overall a good stay though and would recommend to anyone needing to be in that area.

This place is NOISY. Day & night. People are not overly friendly and act as if they are doing you a favor by renting you a spot.  The prices are way too expensive. Especially for how they squeeze you in. Complaining they didn't have longer term [1 month] spots when there were plenty of open spaces the whole time I was there. I don't get it. One shocking thing was I asked for the laundromat code and she didn't want to giver it to me. She said,  " I'm not supposed to do this,  but here" and she writer it in a paper.  How ridiculous. There were other things,  but not worth writing it all out.  I was here 3 weeks, but wouldn't go back.

My wife and I found this RV Park online. We stayed for three days which was very pleasant indeed. The owners were awesome and very helpful.

For the lack of amenities and poor location, you would think they would make up for it with kindness, but they absolutely don't. If you aren't a white, Christian couple with AARP then don't even attempt staying here. There was a small misunderstanding with them about the dates we had booked. Instead of addressing the problem and handling it when it occurred, the woman who stays on site couldn't be bothered because she was "eating dinner". I understand, I get angry when I'm hungry. We were ALSO making dinner when another RV owner knocks on our door saying we were in their spot. The problem could've been easily resolved but the lady wanted to act like it was somehow our fault. She also wouldn't negotiate us paying for the night we originally wanted so we were left to find another RV park on the fly. If you want to stay in something with the vibe of a gravel pit retirement home in rush hour traffic, by all means go to Walnut.

The occupant here is very warm hearted. The RV park is fully equipped and there has a good recreation area. A nice place.
