This staff at this agency is very professional and efficient - I received my auto, umbrella and home quotes via email within hours after I emailed them my old policies. It was all done by email. Further, they cut my auto insurance premiums by HALF, on the exact same coverages! Erie does not do business in the state of Florida and the national insurance companies do! Everyone is the therefore paying for Florida’s rising claims! NOT IF YOU ARE WITH ERIE.

I have been with Erie for over 25 years. The company has exceeded my expectations any time I have needed to report a claim, whether auto or home owners. John Baldasari and his team are exceptional. Baldasari Insurance was excellent in converting our multiple policies from another insurance company that we were with for over 10 years.  The service was fast, accurate and outstanding.  What we like most is that when we call the office a person actually answers the phone.  If we send an email, we either get a prompt email reply or a call whichever is most appropriate.  We are happy with our decision to change insurance companies and very happy that we chose Baldasari.

John and team could not be more responsive.  If I send an e-mail to them in the morning I have a callback and resolution before lunch.  John is proactive in looking over policies and offering up suggestions for you to save money while ensuring you have appropriate coverage.

We recently converted to Erie insurance due to the excellent knowledge of our situation.  We live in a modular home and he also showed us the value of including our Auto insurance with the Home Owners.
