Rich DePalantino helped me understand long term benefits of accident forgiveness and recommended I sign up for this feature.  He seemed to have my best interest in mind and I would recommend speaking with him about your car insurance needs.  Sorry you didn't get any commission from selling me my upgraded plan. After my previous car insurance provider raised my rate an additional $100 per month without warning, or any accidents I was inquiring about changing to a new insurance company. I had such an amazing experience with Rich from this office I switched the very next day after I spoke with him. He was super helpful, took the time to go over the rates with me, as well as what my currently policy consisted of, and what he suggested I get more of. Doing so saved me over $100 a month! My previous insurance carrier tried to keep me with them, and when I told them what I was getting and for how much, their exact words were "wow we cant even touch that offer" which to me, was everything I needed to hear. I would highly recommend going to Rich for any insurance needs!! Thanks again Rich!

Rich DePalantino was a pleasure to work with looking at options for both my auto and home policies. Even though I ended up only switching my auto, he was able to increase the coverage and reduce the rates drastically. He took the time to answer all of my questions quickly and completely. I highly recommend him.

Ronolad Warren did a great job on assisting me in setting up my policy. Ron was friendly, patient and was willing to answer all my questions. It was a fast and pleasant experience. Highly recommend and awesome rates!!
