I have been a customer of Baldino Lock and Key for 20 years. I don't trust anyone else with my lock and keys. They are the best!!

Friendly staff, great service and understanding of their profession! Have been going to them for all our locksmith needs for over a decade. They keep up with current technology and their pricing is fair and honest. Great group of people to work with, keep up the good work!

We have had a terrible experience with Baldino's Lock and Key. Our first service appointment went fine the tech came and rekeyed our locks for $210. Within 4 weeks the lock he worked on broke. We ended up locked out of our house on a Friday night. We were charged $300 to get back in the house and then they left us with NO lock on our door because the tech didn't have the parts with him. It is now Wednesday and they have not come back to fix the lock nor have they called with any information about the parts. I called today to complain about the service and I was told the tech went on vacation. The office was not helpful in anyway to provide resolution to our problems. They would send someone else out to look at it, but at this point we are not going to pay for yet another expensive service call. We are out over $500 and our door does not have a working lock. After pricing the locks at home depot we could completely replace everything for less than $120 with all new equipment! Wish we would have done this from the start. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
