I have never been so rudely treated at a retail establishment. My husband and I came in looking for a mortar lock for our door. The gentleman present was brisk, rude, and just plain unpleasant. I am glad there are many other businesses that I can patronize.

Kevin at Baldino's provided superior customer service for me and helped find a solution to my problem.  He further went above and beyond by working with me in terms of payment for services.  His work was timely and outstanding.  I would recommend this business to my friends, family, and neighbors.

I wanted to replace a dead bold on my door, which doesn't have the actual bolt to easily lock and unlock from the inside. Upon talking to Andrew he mentioned that the 2 side key dead bolts are used when there is a window in the front door. Instead of still selling me their services (for something I shouldn't change) he educated me and we discussed other options, like a chain or hotel lock at the top of the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We have had a terrible experience with Baldino's Lock and Key. Our first service appointment went fine the tech came and rekeyed our locks for $210. Within 4 weeks the lock he worked on broke. We ended up locked out of our house on a Friday night. We were charged $300 to get back in the house and then they left us with NO lock on our door because the tech didn't have the parts with him. It is now Wednesday and they have not come back to fix the lock nor have they called with any information about the parts. 

I called today to complain about the service and I was told the tech went on vacation. The office was not helpful in anyway to provide resolution to our problems. They would send someone else out to look at it. We are out over $500 and our door does not have a working lock.  After pricing the locks at home depot we could completely replace everything for less than $120 with all new equipment! Wish we would have done this from the start.

I would not recommend this company to anyone!
