During our lunch at Hibachi in DeLand, Laurie Forrest (of the New Smyrna location) was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the cremation services offered by Baldwin Brothers. She answered any questions we had. When she visited our home for the paperwork, she gave us any other information, offering us options for the urn, and having us complete the necessary paperwork. She is very professional and made sure we understood all aspects of the Baldwin Plan which we chose as it is the most comprehensive plan and will cover all our needs. I am planning to let other people know about this service offered by Baldwin Brothers and recommend that they contact Laurie.

My father pre planned his services which is the best thing you can do for your family. Baldwin took great care of him and he looked very good at his services. I will recommend them and pre planned services to anyone who has not planned yet.

My husband and I recently attended an informative seminar presented by Baldwin Brothers. While we had given little thought to making final arrangements, our frequent travel had us concerned the impact a loss out of the area would have on our family. Sandra Donihue was an excellent counselor who guided us through several decisions in a most professional manner.
