Caring and Professional! The recent death of my sister-in-law required my wife and me to travel to Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society in Port Orange. Brian Gifford had contacted us prior to our arrival to let us know everything would be ready and to schedule a meeting at our convenience. Everything WAS ready. In spite of "inheriting" our contract from another cremation company, Brian treated us as if they had been our first choice all along. He reviewed every step of the process, made sure we knew every option and that we were comfortable with our decisions with no pressure to sway us one way or another. Brian even helped us to recover an excess charge made by the previous cremation company. Caring and Efficient! But above all: Caring!

Brian Gifford, Funeral Director at Baldwin Brothers, provided excellent professional services to our family. He went above and beyond ensuring that our father's arrangements (who had passed at sea on a cruise) went successfully at the Port. He assisted us with making choices, and was attentive to providing helpful details that we would use in the days to come. Even though the Memorial Service had to be delayed for weeks, he picked came back alongside and assisted in getting our father's obituary and photos posted to the Baldwin Brothers website. We are thankful to have had his excellent help along the way, and wish him every success in all of his future endeavors.

I highly recommend Baldwin Brothers Port Orange. John McCormick was my planning counselor and he flawlessly assisted me in pre-planning for my Dad. He was very personable, knowledgeable and guided my every decision being mindful of my budget yet providing everything I desired in a traditional funeral. Thank you John for caring and leading me through this process. When my Dad passed, I met with Funeral Director Brian Gifford. Brian was a God send. He was calm, reassuring, put me totally at ease about the entire process and was instrumental in getting me through this very sad day. Thank you so much Brian for your care and concern for me and my Dad. We were very satisfied having the service at the Baldwin facility. Everything that Baldwin said they would handle, they delivered upon and then some!!! Baldwin Brothers keep up the great services you provide. Once again I highly recommend you and would use your services again should the need arise.

Brian Gifford, the funeral director that handled my father's arrangements did a splendid job. He was very kind, caring, patient and understanding and did whatever we asked him to do in an expedite manner. We were delighted with the results and you will be too, if you use Baldwin Brothers. They provide a quality service for a decent price. I highly recommend them.

I can not express my greatest gratitude to Baldwin Brothers and especially Brian. They took a very difficult situation and made it doable. I dreaded walking in and the entry way, lounge area and atmosphere right away was very soothing. I could not have asked for a more caring, patient and understanding person than Brian. I would recommended Baldwins to anyone having to make the final arrangements for a loved one. You will not be sorry in the least. Thank you again Brian for making a dreaded task doable.
