You're lucky if you get anyone to answer the phone. If you're lucky, prepare to be sent to someone's(person you're trying to contact) voicemail instead of an actual person. There's no way they're so busy that you're never able to talk to an actual person. Also, the receptionist knows nothing so don't bother asking her.

Child Support hours 8-11am Mon, Tues, Thurs. And they still don't answer the phone. This level of service on a court order that can get you imprisoned should be illegal!
